Here’s how it’s done.
You should see the Command Prompt app if you press the Windows key on your keyboard. Click it if you want to. Add one space and type the name of the connection you want to test. Hit “enter” on your keyboard when you type.
How do you fix a problem with the network?
Check that the internet is turned on and airplane mode is off.
Go to settings > WLAN and find your Router’s address. Click on the icon to see more details. You could find the Gateway on your Router.
Task Manager can be used to find the current address of your device. Click on the Task Manager. If you are using the experience in compact mode, click the More details button. Click on the Performance tab
There are two simple ways to find the internet address of a Windows PC. Method 1 is used. Click on Start, type CMD, and then select Command Prompt. Hit enter when a window opens. In the example below, the Default Gateway’s address is 192.168.0.1.
There are a lot of ways to look up your address. Most Windows old-timers do it the hard way, by opening Network and Sharing Center, finding the list of network adapters, and looking at the details for them. All that clicking is not necessary.
To launch the Command Prompt tool, click the Start button, type “cmd” in the Search box at the bottom of the Start menu, and press “Enter”. There are two things. To view the Internet Protocol configuration, type “ipconfig /all” and press “enter”.
